Özet: Çalışmada Joseph Stiglitz’in Küreselleşme Büyük Hayal Kırıklığı kitabının incelemesi yapılarak, Stiglitz’in mesleki deneyimlerinden hareketle yaptığı neo-liberalizmin özeleştirisi tartışılmıştır. Kitap incelemesi yönteminin kullanıldığı çalışmada kitabın genel çerçevesi ve Stiglitz’in görüşleri ortaya konularak, bu görüşlerin hangi argümanlarla desteklendiği açıklanmıştır. Kitapta yer alan görüşlere yönelik eleştirilerin ortaya konulması ile sonuçlanan çalışma, Stiglitz’in neoliberal küreselleşme sürecine ve küreselleşmenin enstrümanlarına bakış açısını inceleme amacındadır.

Abstract: In the study, Joseph Stiglitz’s book on the Globalization And Its Discontents was examined and the neoliberalism self-criticism that Stiglitz made with his professional experience
was discussed. In the study that used the book review method, the general framework and the views of Stiglitz were explained, and the arguments with which these views were supported were explained. The work that resulted in the criticism of the views in the book is to examine Stiglitz’s point of view on the neoliberal globalization process and the instruments of globalization.
