Özet: Küreselleşme süreci ile birlikte toplumlarda pek çok yapısal dönüşüm meydana gelmiştir. Bunlardan biri de emek piyasasında neo-liberal uygulamalarla birlikten gündeme gelen çalışma hayatında esneklik ve işin eve taşınma olgusudur. Bu anlamda çalışma, emek, iş, işyeri vb. kavramların anlamlarında köktenci değişimler yaşanmıştır. Bu çalışmada esnek çalışma sistemi bağlamında meydana gelen işin eve taşınması olgusu üzerinde durulacaktır. Bu çerçevede ev-ofis çalışma sistemi incelenmiş ve işlerini evden gerçekleştiren ev-ofis çalışanlarla görüşülmüştür.

Abstract: Many structural transformations occurred in communities with globalisation process. Some of them are flexible work and carrying out work from home on the agenda together with the neo-liberal practices in the labour market. Fundamental changes occurred in the meanings of work, labour, work places, jobs etc. This study will focus on concept of work from home and flexible working system. In this context, this study investigated home-office system and it includes interviews with home-office workers.
