Özet

Neoliberal politikaların uygulandığı Türkiye’de, sendikacılık hareketi bir kriz içerisindedir. Özellikle sendikal barajların varlığı sendikaları sınıf mücadelesinden, var olma mücadelesine itmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’deki sendikal hareketin içinde bulunduğu krizi, sendikal rekabet bağlamında tartışmak ve sendikacılık hareketine etkilerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla öncelikle sendikaların temsiliyeti bağlamında mevcut durumları ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra da, sendikalar arası rekabetin görüldüğü Mayıs 2015’teki metal işçilerinin eylemleri bu bağlamda değerlendirilmiş; ve sendikal rekabete yol açan nedenlerin izi aranmıştır. Çalışmanın son kısmında da, sendikalar arası rekabetin yaşandığı, TCDD Vangölü Feribot Müdürlüğü’ndeki işçilerle yapılan mülakat ve yüz yüze anket çalışmasının bulguları birlikte değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract

n Turkey, where the implementation of neoliberal policies, the trade union movement is in crisis. Especially, existance of trade union barrages have changed trade unin’s class struggle to struggle for survival. The aim of this study, discus crisis in which the trade union movement of Turkey in the context of trade union competition, and reveal the effects to the union movement. For this purpose, firstly, their current situation has been revealed by the context
of the representation of union. Lather, workers actions which seen in may 2015, have been evaluated in this context; and try to find out precence of tade union competiton. In the last part of study, the findigs of interview and face to face survey whic was cunducted with workers of TCDD Vangölü Ferry Directorate where there was union competition, were avaluated.
