Özet
Önümüzdeki on-onbeş yıllık süre içerisinde Türkiye`de Endüstri ve Örgüt Psikolojisi alanının muhtemel çalışma alanlarının araştırıldığı bu çalışma delfi tekniğiyle sürdürülmüştür. Araştırma üç aşamadan oluşmaktadır. İlk aşamada, problem belirlendikten sonra, beyin fırtınası içeren online bir form uzmanlara gönderilmiştir. İkinci aşamada, birinci aşamadan elde edilen sonuçlar, uzmanlara 7`li bir derecelendirme yapmaları için tekrar gönderilmiştir. Üçüncü aşamada ise, ikinci aşamadan elde edilen veriler aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapmalar da hesaplanarak uzmanlara tekrar yollanmış ve bu değerleri de gözeterek tekrar 7`li derecelendirme yapmaları istenmiştir. Sonuçlara göre, takım süreçleri, birey temelli yönetim süreçleri, gruplara eleman seçme süreçleri, stres ve stres yönetimi, koçluk ve mentörlük ve kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk, uzmanların üzerinde konsensüs oluşturduğu sonuçlar olarak belirlenmiştir.

AbstractThe Delphi technique has been administered in this study which investigates the future of industrial and organizational psychology and the possible working fields in the next decade. The study includes 3 rounds. In the first round, an online form, which include brain storming activities, has been designed and sent to experts who work in the field. In the second round, the information gathered from the first step has been sequenced and sent by using headings and the participants are asked to grade these headings from 1 to 7. In the third step, the arithmetic mean and standard deviation of the information gathered from the second step will be transformed into a table and sent to the participants to take their ideas. According to the results, team processes, human based management styles, recruitment for groups, emloyee stress and stress management, coachnig and mentoring and organizational social responsibility are determmined the trends in the next decade in Turkey by experts.
